The carrier will carry out the home delivery only once, in the event you are not at home, ITALO LUPO suggests you contact the nearest¹ TNT branch, by visiting the following website: http://www.tnt.it/it/it_dovesiamo.html, in order to agree a second delivery.
All parcels are packed with the greatest care and sealed using adhesive tape, so that products get to you in a perfect state and in complete safety.
We kindly ask our customers to check the weight and whether seals are unopened before accepting the delivery. ITALO LUPO reserves the right to wait until the amount due has been actually credited on his bank account before dispatching goods, therefore sending the relevant bank transfer is a not a sufficient condition.
ITALO LUPO is not liable for the time required for a bank transfer to be credited, this operation may take between 2 and 5 working days after the transfer has been ordered. The time required for crediting money may vary according to the different banks involved in the operation.

Goods returned, for whatever reasons, will only be accepted if products are returned in an undamaged outer packaging, properly sealed and whose package and content are undamaged, original and complete.
Risks and costs relating to the shipping for the replacement of goods will be totally charged to customers. The refund of any amount paid in advance, will be timely made by post giro cheque and prior to the verification of returned goods. No returned goods in cash delivery shall be accepted.
